It is the intent of the Sandusky District Library to perform public business in an open and public manner as required by Michigan’s Freedom of Information, Act 442 of 1976, and as amended. This Policy prescribes the library’s procedures for responding to written public records requests made pursuant to FOIA.
Our new library features a Community Room with seating for thirty to fifty people. It is available to educational, civic, cultural, and governmental groups as a meeting facility.

The Library is providing public access to the Internet as an information and educational resource to the community at large. Make sure you are aware of our Internet Use Policy.
Help pave the way to knowledge brick by brick! The Sandusky District Library “Buy-a-Brick” program is a great way to honor family and friends. Bricks are being used to pave the entrance to the new library. All proceeds from the brick fundraiser will go towards our new library. Space is limited, order several today.
